What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is Matthews, NC. We also provide dog walking services in Mint Hill, Southeast Charlotte and Stallings.
Can I schedule daily dog walks on a recurring basis?
Absolutely! We offer booking options for daily dog walks, allowing you to set up recurring walks that fit your routine.
Do you walk multiple dogs at once?
We only offer private walks, meaning your dog will never be walked with dogs from other households. However, we are happy to walk multiple dogs from the same household together, as long as they are comfortable walking as a pair or group.
Will I get updates about my dog?
Absolutely! We provide an update after each walk, which includes photos and details about your dog’s behavior and activity.
What do I need to provide for my dog’s daily walk?
You simply need to provide your dog’s leash, collar, and any specific instructions or information about your dog's behavior and preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?
Clients must cancel or reschedule within 48 hours via phone call. Late cancellations will result in a $10 fee.
